   I ordered this pistol and got a confirmation number then never heard a thing for over a week! Called customer service and it was shipped that day. Not a gold standard first experience! Customer service was polite but it was clear he couldn’t care less about it.

   My experience with was great. They deliver fast, great prices and friendly customer service. However, my receiving dealer ruined the experience by charging me $125 for the transfer. I imagine they do that to force you to buy from them instead.

    We ordered a charcoal blue uberti cattleman. The order page said charcoal blue, but received a gun metal blue instead. Possibly due to the fact that the specifications did not match the picture on the website other than that, it is a good quality gun, reasonable price, prompt shipping and wide choice of ffl dealers.

    tried foe 2 hours to buy gun on line from guns .com got all payment and product info listed then wouldnt let me go any farther blocked ffl ifo and never did let me proced always said click on next box and never provided it advertizing simple process is bu******t
